What are Access Bars®?

Access Bars® are 32 specific points on the head that are gently touched by a certified practitioner during a session. Each of these points is associated with different areas of life and thought — such as stress, creativity, relationships, control, joy and self-judgement. When these points are lightly touched, the accumulated mental and emotional “clutter” around these areas begins to release, creating space for calm, clarity and ease.

This technique is non-invasive, gentle, and suitable for anyone looking to reduce mental stress, quiet persistent inner chatter, or create a sense of inner peace.

How Does an Access Bars® Session Work?

In a session, you will lie down comfortably, fully clothed, while I lightly places hands on the 32 Bars points across your head. You don’t need to “do” anything — just receive. Most people find this deeply relaxing, often describing the experience as similar to deep meditation or a mental reset.

You lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table while I gently touch the Access Bars® points on your head in a specific sequence. There is nothing you need to do — simply relax and receive. The session is not hypnosis or coaching, and there is no talking unless you choose to speak. Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, similar to meditation or a mental spa.

What If I Don’t Feel Anything?

That’s completely okay. Access Bars® is not about trying to feel or achieve anything during a session. Everyone’s experience is different. Some people notice shifts straight away, while others become aware of changes gradually over the days or weeks that follow.

Even if the experience feels subtle, the session can still be working gently in the background — supporting the mind in releasing old patterns and creating more space for ease and clarity.
